Cancellation Policy
Booking Preparations Please ensure when booking the correct service and location is selected and be ready a minimum of 10 mins before start time. For all bookings made online, payments are made in advance, unless its a same-day walk-in. However, please choose to book online first as you will more likely get an appointment slot. Please aim to arrive fresh and clean prior to your appointment as we do not have shower facilities on site, if it's an in-home booking taking a bath or shower is a nice way to help you feel more relaxed before the session starts and playing a calming choice of music you would like to listen to, otherwise music will be provided. All Energy Flow Massage services provided are strictly professional, any inappropriate behaviour or sexual behavior will automatically cancel your session. Cancellations To cancel your appointment please contact at least 36hrs in advance to avoid late cancellation fees. Any cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment a 50% cancellations fee will be deducted from your refund depending on location. Any cancellations within 2 or 12 hours of scheduled appointment you will not receive a refund depending on location.
